We are currently seeking a highly motivated, energetic Executive Housekeeper, a management position, with an outgoing personality who leads by example. Previous Housekeeping supervisory/management experience required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Manage the operation of the housekeeping, continental breakfast, public area, and laundry functions; ensures that the rooms, breakfast area, and public areas are spotless and continually restocked and straightened.
 - Inspects guest rooms and suites, public areas and breakfast area to ensure that they exceed the standards set forth by the hotel as well as the Hampton Brand
 - Trains staff in all aspects of housekeeping, laundry and/or continental breakfast , including all current training as set forth by the Brand
 - Plans schedules appropriate for optimal guest satisfaction, meets payroll requirements, understands forecasting for low and high periods
 - Prepares orders for chemicals, supplies and linen in a timely manner, with minimal discrepancies. Does not allow overstock or waste
 - Communicates well with customers: Assists with guest question, provides local and hotel information, remains committed to meeting and exceeding guest needs
 - Encourages employees to enjoy work, exhibits a positive attitude at all times
 - Plans schedules appropriate for optimal guest satisfaction, meets payroll requirements, understands forecasting for low and high periods
 - Maintains a positive, cooperative work environment between staff and management and maintains a positive, friendly and professional attitude when working with other managers and team members at our sister properties
 - Emphasizes Brand Service training. Follows standards, maintains the team members training documentation following established time frames, coordinating with General Managers
 - Participates and encourages team members to assist in any fundraising efforts and community service projects. Relays to team members our Company’s outlook on giving back the community
 - This position requires a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
